Privacy Policy
At The Real-ink™ Project one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Bliss Creativity Pty, the company behind The Real-ink™ Project (“The Real-ink Project” “Real-ink”, “Bliss Creativity”, “Bliss”, “our”, “us”, or “we”) and how we use it.

Log Files

Bliss follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Account Information

If you make an account or purchase from us other user data is processed and collected in order to process your order, keep track of your purchases and enhance your experience. This includes the information you enter during account creation and checkout, as well as that automatically gathered by our servers. We use this user data to process orders, keep records of product licences, access and downloads and also to contact you on rare occasions with other products, services and promotions from us that we think you may find personally useful and interesting. We may contact you in the future after making a purchase to get your feedback or to request a product review through an independent third party.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, The Real-ink Project uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

The Real-ink Project & Bliss do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in The Real-ink Project. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.


Bliss Creativity & Real-ink reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement. We will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through our Sites at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect.

Terms & Conditions
This EULA contains information on the Software Licensing Agreement between customers (“you”, “your”, or “user”) and Bliss Creativity Pty, the company behind The Real-ink™ Project (“The Real-ink Project” “Real-ink”, “Bliss Creativity”, “Bliss”, “our”, “us”, or “we”)

ASSENT TO BE BOUND: By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term or condition, do not download, order, open, install or use the Software. If You purchase the Software as a gift to a third person, the third person must accept the terms of this EULA before using the Software.

Real-ink™ Software (brushes, assets, etc.) are licensed on a per-seat basis, each seat license may be installed on one computer AND one mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.) for user convenience.

3 License types are available, which are described and chosen when purchasing the Software:

1) Personal License

For individual, non-commercial use. Per-seat license.

2) Commercial License

For individual or company, limited commercial use. Up to 5,000 end products for sale or 500,000 lifetime viewers. Per-seat license.

3) Extended Commercial License

For individual or company, commercial use. Unlimited end products for sale, unlimited viewers of media. Per-seat license.

If you have any questions, or require other bulk license types for educational or large studio use, etc. please contact us so we can tailor a solution to your needs.

Regardless of which license is chosen these assets may not be redistributed or re-sold, either in whole or part, nor as part of any other pack of assets. These digital assets are provided under a license for use, not a sale, and the license is non-assigmable, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable, not-for-resale and non-exclusive.

The Software must be installed on the local machine it is being used on. You may not use or access, or allow the Software to used or accessed, via any remote means including via internet, network, remote access, server, blade, or any virtualisation environment.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or create a derivative work of the Software, or allow any such actions to occur.

Bliss Creativity reserves all rights not expressly granted to You in this EULA.

BETA, Test and Evaluation Software

If the Software is identified as a Beta, demonstration, evaluation or trial version you may install and access one copy of the software for trial and evaluation purposes. You understand that unless otherwise agreed in writing, at the end of the evaluation period you must either stop using and delete the Software, or purchase the Software to continue using it. If you fail to pay for it, then your license terminates.

Feedback and Reviews

You have no obligation to provide Bliss Creativity with Feedback, reviews, ideas, testimonials, suggestions, proposals or demonstrations. However I you submit any of this to Bliss, while you retain ownership of said feedback, you hereby grant Bliss a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, unlimited license under all of your Intellectual Property Rights to use and otherwise exploit your Feedback for any purpose world-wide. By submitting Feedback you represent and warrant that it does not contain the Intellectual Property of either you or of third parties, that you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Bliss Creativity for the Feedback under any circumstances, and that Bliss Creativity may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is protected by Australian Intellectual Property laws, United States and Canadian Intellectual Property laws, and international intellectual property laws, and treaty provisions. You may not distribute the Software without Our permission unless otherwise provided for in this EULA or by law. If You license or download the Software in China, India, Indonesia, or Vietnam, You may not copy the Software for any purpose. =

You agree that Bliss Creativity, the Bliss™ logos, Real-ink™, the Real-ink™ logos and the Real-ink™ ink drop icon, and other Bliss Creativity trademarks, service marks, and graphics are trademarks of Bliss Creativity (“Marks”). You are not granted a right to use Marks without the owner’s permission, unless permitted by mandatory law. You will not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary, copyright, branding, trademark notices, logos or Marks affixed to or contained within the Software. Bliss Creativity Pty. Ltd. does not grant any express or implied right to you under Bliss Creativity Pty. Ltd. patents, copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property or trade secret information.

Limited warranty

The Software is provided on an “as-is” basis. You assume all responsibilities for purchasing, downloading, installing and using the software. Bliss Creativity disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied.

Bliss Creativity is under no obligation to provide technical support under the terms of this license, and provided no assurance that any specific errors or discrepancies in the Software will be corrected. Your Software may not be compatible with third party software and/or computer operating systems that You may purchase now or in the future.

To the maximum extent applicable by law, in no event will Bliss Creativity be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the, installation, use of, or inability to use, the Software. In no event will Bliss Creativity’s total liability to you for all damages in any one or more cause of action exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.

Usage Tracking & Piracy

We may audit Your software usage for anti-piracy purposes and to verify a valid registration and to verify compliance with this EULA.
The Software may not be distributed by any means, including but not limited to email, cloud server, website, internet, network, or any file-sharing method. You agree to be liable for any and all damages and claims relating to such action which you hereby agree may be tracked back to you via the Software and any other means available including server tracking and information held or gathered by Bliss Creativity or third parties including IP address and personal information.


If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally decided by state or federal courts sitting in the State of South Australia, Australia.


You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Software is at your sole risk and that the Software is provided on an “as-is” basis. Bliss Creativity Pty. Ltd. and it’s affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, Directors, employees, and contractors expressly disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
